Automatic Pipe Hydrotester System is designed in accordance to test pressure and production requirement. Single or multiple pipe testing, the system allows up to 10 pipes per cycle testing with maximum 10,000psi (70Mpa) test pressure. Size range from 1/2' to 14' for ERW pipe pressure testing.
Stationery head stock with single or multiple test head adapter, water inlet and high-pressure connection. Moveable head stock, test head interchangeable to suit pipe size.
For multiple pipe testing, test pressure is individually controlled with separate high pressure intensifier. Test head travel cylinder is individually controlled allowing pipe length variance without water leakage. Test result is individually recorded and in the event if 1 pipe failed, the system allow other pipe to continue testing.

Automatic test cycle control with computer for various test pressure setting, pressure holding time and time / pressure test cycle recording.

1. High accuracy rate of pressing: high-resolution pressure sensor is used to monitor the pressing process, and real-time display and record the pressing value, pressing curve, and leak pipe indication. When there is a pipe leak, the alarm can be realized, and semi-automatic re-inspection can be realized, so as to avoid mistakenly thinking that the steel pipe is defective due to equipment reasons.

2. Multiple observation methods: Equipped with shockproof pressure gauge. Manual observation, pressure gauge indication, large screen display pressure curve, large screen display pressure value, touch screen pressure value and leak pipe alarm, etc.
3. Simple re-inspection: Once a leak occurs, manual intervention can realize semi-automatic re-inspection, and repeated re-inspection can be repeated many times.

4. Simple operation and easy maintenance: the test pressure head is easy to install and disassemble, and the sealing ring is easy to replace.

The steel pipe is loaded on the front shelf → sent to the flushing station by the material transfer device → clean the inner wall of the steel pipe → the pipe diverter is placed on the hydraulic front shelf → the pipe taking device rotates once to connect the steel pipe to the water pressure center → clamp Steel pipe→Fixed and mobile end test heads are extended to seal both ends of the steel pipe→Low pressure water fills with water and exhausts→closes the water filling valve and exhaust valve→pressurizes→holds pressure→relates pressure→retracts the fixed and mobile end test heads →Release the clamping→The pipe taking device rotates once to send out the steel pipe→empty water→discharge
