Straightening machine shall be 11 horizontal cross roll type.

Top and bottom rolls driven by 2 motors via gear reducer and universal joint.

All top roll adjustable up / down and angular rotation.

All bottom roll are adjustable angular rotation with center roll additional up / down adjustment.

Quick lift feature available as option for top roll to prevent pipe end dented when pipe entering straightening roller.

Automatic roll setting available as option, this feature allows automatic roll setting during size change based on pipe size, wall thickness and material yield strength. Computer unit shall be provided for roll setting data recording and to be recall during size change.
