Solar Piles produce machine--ERW TUBE MILL
127mm, 165mm, D shape, square pipe all sizes to produce within one machine
As solar energy becomes more popular, the need for a fast, cost effective foundation system has emerged. Helical piles have become the go-to foundation system for freestanding solar arrays.

Solar Foundation Piles are round steel pipe piles available in varying lengths that can include either a plate to which the solar panel bracket(s) can be attached or holes drilled into the end of the pipe where clamps can attach the solar panel brackets. The tip is composed of a fi sh tail stinger and a single helix to allow for easy installation in most soils.
Steel beams are a popular choice for bearing piles for bridges, buildings, stadiums, and industrial structures. The same properties that make them suitable for large structures also make them useful for some of the most lightly loaded, yet extensive structures currently being built, such as solar arrays.

Beams have several advantages over other structural elements when being used as piles for solar structures.
Steel beams are strong and the geometric center of the pile is the same as the mass center.
Easy to drive through a wide variety of soil conditions that can be seen on expansive sites.
The flat surface of the flange and web of beams makes it easy to connect the super structure to the pile with a wide variety of bolt patterns.
The beams are available in a multitude of steel grades and shapes to accommodate the loads and soil conditions of a particular site.
Solar beams can be orientated so the strong axis carries the large lateral load, as most of the stress in solar piles is due to the wind load on the large sail created by the panels.
Ease of transportation due to ability to bundle and stack efficently
The proposed tube mill is a combination of equipment installed in a line for the production of High Frequency Induction Welded (HFIW) carbon steel tubes. The process involved is cold forming of carbon steel strip in circular shapes, longitudinal welding, sizing, converting into specified shape and cutting to pre determined length.

▪ Entry Section
▪ Forming, welding, Cooling and sizing Section
▪ Cutting and Delivery Section
Raw material (Steel Strip) in form of a coil is uncoiled and fed into forming section passing through the equipment of entry section. Entry section enables the tube mill to run continuously by using strip joining and accumulation equipment. Tube is formed in round shape passing through a set of driven and idler rollers of forming section before welding. In welding section tube id longitudinally welded by using high frequency induction welding method. Outside bead is removed and formed in shape of scrap. The weld seam is ironed and tube passes though the cooling section. In sizing section, tube is formed to specified size and converted into specified shape. After sizing, tube is cut to specified size and converted into specified shape. After sizing, tube is cut to specified length by using flying cutting equipment and delivered in collecting though passing through run out conveyor.

Design of the proposed line is based on following specification:
