It is made up of: End facer head, End facer head feeding device, clamping devices, stepper and transferring devices, push-pronged device, electrical control system, and hydraulic system.

The structure of the machine uses double service flat type. It is made up of: power head, power head feeding device, clamping devices, stepper and transferring devices, push-pronged device, electrical control system, and hydraulic system.

The End facer is divided into a left End facer and right End facer. The End facer consists of a main shaft gear box and a feed unit that is connected together. The front end of the Main shaft is equipped with a knives disc, and the main motor is installed at the rear of the End facer. The headstock, the gear, the driven shaft and the lubrication system are installed in the End facer gear box. The End facer gear box and the base are connected by a linear guide pair, and each corner of the End facer gear box is connected by two linear guide sliders. Regularly lubricated with oil.

Ø End facer head
This part is the main machine. The motor though pulley, gear drive the main axis. The main axis is installed tool chuck which can install three sets of tool. The tool used to face and chamfer the pipe’s inner and outer. The outer chamfering tool adopts the outer floating structure. The motor is AC motor.

Use HMI Setting the pipe diameter and thickness and other parameters, feeding device control system can adjust forward, reversal distances according to the route, control through the servo setting. When the flat head chamfering forward, the continuous advance device, after the fast step is started, the knife main motor, fast forward, when the set distance is approached, the servo advance is controlled, after the stepping distance (including the working distance of the flat head chamfering), The control retreats, after retreating to the initial position, it stops working and waits for the start of the next cycle.
