Fully automatic threading machine for steel pipes, this equipment is mainly used to thread the ends of carbon steel pipes, which is convenient for subsequent hooping and capping of pipes. This kind of pipe is mainly used for fire fighting, water and gas transportation, etc. It is worth noting that the pipes made by our equipment are relatively long, such as 6 meters and 12 meters, and the pipes are used to transport certain things. If your steel pipe is short and is used to connect flanges, our machine is not suitable.

First, it will automatically load the material and push the steel pipes into the roller one by one, fully automatically without manual operation.

Secondly, it will automatically align, clamp, and then feed automatically. Then the threading head starts to work automatically, automatically exits after the threading is completed, and automatically releases the clamp.

Finally, unload the material.

The whole process is fully automatic and no human intervention is required. After the threading is completed, subsequent equipment can be added, such as: automatic steel pipe coupling machine, automatic capping, and automatic packaging.
