
Tube is formed in round shape passing through a set of driven and idler rollers of forming section before welding. In welding section tube id longitudinally welded by using high frequency induction welding method. Outside bead is removed and formed in shape of scrap. The weld seam is ironed and tube passes though the cooling section. In sizing section, tube is formed to specified size and converted into specified shape. Welding Section
Welding section: guide roll stand, squeeze roll stand, HF welder, outside bead scraping device, polishing roll stand, water cooling
Welding section consist of:
1.Seam guide unit: 1 set
2.Squeeze stand: 2 rollers
3.De-burr frame: 1 set (2 heads)
4.Horizontal unit for seam ironing: 2 rollers
5.Solid state HF welder: 600kw
Outside bead scrafing device
1. Remove outside burr Device:
It is used to scrap weld seam and remove external burr. It is made up of two cutters for using alternately, if one is wrong, another can be changed, and scraper can be adjusted for up or down, and it can disappearing end bumper quickly by cam. There are two supporting roller underneath knife rest for bear scraping pressure.

Squeeze Roll stand
It is used to fixing the squeeze roll, it weld by squeeze roll, roll shaft can be adjusted for up or down.
1. It is five-roll style. It is made up of two side actived roll, upper roll and lower roll. Five-roll style structure reduces the maximum outer diameter side roll, reducing the amount of roll, so that welded parts and extruded center distance reduced, is conducive to welding, to improve the welding efficiency.
2. There will be a load cell on the squeeze roller ,this device will make the roller easy to reach the right position when change pipe size to produce.

Guide roll stand
It is fixing in front of squeezing roll and used to be guide roll. It has three actions:
1. First, it can be used to control the direction of pipe seam.
2. Secondly, it can control the shed angle.
3. Thirdly, it controls center position of pipe bank and make it be aiming to caliber of squeeze roll.
4. Interstice between up-roll and below-roll is adjusted by adjusting bolts.
5. Top-roll and below-roll is fixed in a turning support. It can be circle adjusted via worm and tooth annulus. Transposition can be adjusted for disappearing end bumper by bolt; the framework can be adjusted for broad ways.
