How to use a Slitting Machine | Metal Coil slitting line

Slitting various kinds of steel plates and recoiling. Uncoiler raw material coil, slitting to narrow strip as require, and finally Recoiler.these Coil will use on ERW Tube mill produce pipe, Cold forming machine and other function.

Coil car and storage→ Uncoiler→shovel board device → Flattening → Shear the ends →Centering device→Disc shear→Two side recoiled → Platform →Locating expanding set→Recoiler→Active support,hold down arm and table→Discharge Coil car
