Function: Straighten the pipe straightness to qualified range. rollers rotation to squeeze the pipe to the highly straightness.

When the steel pipe passes through the straightening machine, its deformation exceeds the elastic limit of the material, and the ideal straightening effect can be obtained, including the correction of the steel pipe curvature and ellipticity. The inclined arrangement of the straightening roller makes the steel pipe rotate around its own axis and advance in a spiral shape. This mode of operation can make the straightening pressure act on all points of the periphery at an appropriate angle relative to the axis of the steel pipe. The straightening roller is installed at an angle of 33°, and the angle is adjustable from 30° to 35°. In this way, the straightening of steel pipes of different pipe diameters can be achieved by changing the inclination angle of the straightening roller.

Preface: This equipment is used in straightening steel pipe whose diameter is Φ114mm～Φ219mm and thickness is 1.0mm～6.0mm. Main transmission adopts AC motor drive with the features of high accuracy, reliable, simple, convenient maintain and so on. The pipes pass the inlet roller, get into the straightening house and come out through outlet roller. All the operation is finished automatically or by linkage. The straightening house adopts six vertical rollers structure. Its straighten degree of accuracy can meet the according standard.
