溶接前にチューブを成形部の従動ローラと従動ローラの組を通過させて丸く成形し、溶接部で高周波誘導溶接法を用いてチューブを縦方向に溶接し、外側のビードを除去してスクラップ状に成形します。しごき加工を経てチューブを冷却セクションを通過するサイジングセクションでチューブを指定サイズに成形し、所定の形状に加工するサイジング後、チューブを所定のサイズに切断し、所定の形状に加工する
