First: Saw blade

Whether the customer uses a Friction Saw, a Cold Cutting Saw, or a Milling saw, the saw blade is an indispensable consumable. The types, materials and specifications of saw blades used for each sawing are also different.

The Friction Saw. This kind of sawing equipment is low in price and high in efficiency. It is widely used in early equipment. The Friction Saw uses a Friction Saw Blade, which is made of steel plate and then hardened. The friction saw blade used by HEBEI AIS MACHINERY is made of high-quality 8CRV, while other suppliers use 65MN. 8CRV is much better than 65MN in sawing, so HEBEI AIS MACHINERY's friction circular saw blade is widely praised by customers.

The second is the Cold Cutting Saw. In recent years, the Cold Cutting Saw has almost completely replaced the Friction Saw and is unique in straight seam welded pipe equipment. Cold cutting saws use HSS and TCT saw blades. The advantages are that there will be no burrs on the pipe after cutting, low noise and high safety. Generally, we recommend customers to use HSS saw blades when cutting steel pipes with a thickness of less than 4mm. Second, Ferrite. Magnetic Ferrite rods are one of the indispensable consumables in high-frequency induction welding. They can pass magnetism. In the past, magnetic Ferrite rods produced in China were all cheap ordinary magnetic rods. Although they can be used, they are easy to damage. Replacing magnetic Ferrite rods will affect the production efficiency of the equipment.
