76mm ERW Tube Mill Production Line Ready for Trial Run

AIS Machinery has successfully completed the manufacturing of a 76mm ERW Tube Mill production line, designed to produce welded steel pipes with a maximum wall thickness of 4.0mm. The complete production line has now entered the trial run stage, marking the final quality inspection before shipment.

Built for stable production, high welding quality, and long service life, this ERW tube mill is suitable for manufacturing round, square, and rectangular steel tubes.

Customized Production Line Configuration

This 76mm ERW Tube Mill was customized according to the customer's production requirements and AIS Machinery's extensive manufacturing experience. The complete line is designed to provide stable production, accurate tube dimensions, and high-efficiency welding performance.

Production Process

The complete manufacturing process follows a continuous workflow:

Hydraulic Double Head Uncoiler → Horizontal Spiral Accumulator→ Forming Section → 300kW High Frequency Welder → Sizing Section → Cold Saw → Finished Steel Tubes

From coil feeding to finished tube cutting, every section works together to deliver consistent production speed, stable welding quality, and excellent dimensional accuracy.

Comprehensive Trial Run Before Delivery 

Every AIS Machinery tube mill undergoes a complete trial run before leaving our factory. During commissioning, our engineers carefully test the entire production line under real operating conditions to verify both mechanical and electrical performance.

The inspection includes:

• Weld seam quality and welding stability

• Tube diameter and wall thickness accuracy

• Forming and sizing roller alignment

• 300kW HF welder performance

• Cold saw cutting length and synchronization

If any deviation is identified, our technical team will immediately adjust the machine parameters and optimize the production line. Only after all performance indicators meet the required standards will the equipment be approved for delivery.

Ready for Packing and Shipment

After the trial run is successfully completed, the entire ERW tube mill will be cleaned, protected, and packed for overseas transportation. Every machine, accessory, and spare part is securely packaged to minimize transportation risks and ensure efficient installation at the customer's factory.
