Steel Pipe Hydro Tester Machine

The Hydro tester machine has three processes: flushing, pressure test, and empty water, and they run synchronously. 

The steel pipe is loaded on the front shelf → sent to the flushing station by the material transfer device → clean the inner wall of the steel pipe → the pipe diverter is placed on the hydraulic front shelf → the pipe taking device rotates once to connect the steel pipe to the water pressure center → clamp Steel pipe→Fixed and mobile end test heads are extended to seal both ends of the steel pipe→Low pressure water fills with water and exhausts→closes the water filling valve and exhaust valve→pressurizes→holds pressure→relates pressure→retracts the fixed and mobile end test heads →Release the clamping→The pipe taking device rotates once to send out the steel pipe→empty water→discharge

1. Testing Pipe:    21.3-114mm

2.Pipe length:5.0-7.0m or 5-12m

3. Pipe Material:   Low carbon steel

4. Testing pressure: ≤21 Mpa( 3000psi)

5. Every time pipe piece: 3  (No. of Head =6)

6. Pressure keep time: 5-30 second

7. Seal mode: End face seal
