The processing and manufacturing of straight seam welded pipe equipment involves multiple links. The following are its main processing and manufacturing steps:


1. **Raw material preparation**: Select high-quality hot-rolled coils, cold-rolled coils or steel strips that meet production standards as raw materials for welded pipes. When selecting steel plates, factors such as thickness, chemical composition and strength need to be considered to ensure product quality.

2. **Steel plate uncoiling and pretreatment**: The flatness and deformation of the steel plate must be ensured during the uncoiling process. After uncoiling, the steel plate is pretreated, including rust removal, planing, cutting, etc., to remove oxides and dirt on the surface of the steel plate and remove burrs on the edges.

3. **Steel plate cutting**: Use a hydraulic shearing machine or a flame cutting machine to cut the steel plate into the required size.

4. **Roll forming**: The pretreated steel plate is cold-rolled or hot-rolled by a roller forming machine to bend the steel plate into a tube. In this process, the steel plate undergoes multiple bending and stretching, and finally becomes the predecessor of the round steel pipe. The accuracy and flatness of the roller mold are crucial to the quality of the final product.

5. **Milling and pre-bending**: After quality inspection, the edge of the steel plate is cut off by the edge milling machine to meet the required shape, length, width and parallelism of the straight seam steel pipe. Then the edge of the steel plate is pre-bent by the pre-bending machine to achieve the specified curvature.

6. **Welding**: The formed steel plate is welded into a straight seam welded pipe by a welding machine. Welding methods include high-frequency welding, resistance welding, gas pressure welding, etc. During the welding process, the weld gap must be strictly controlled to ensure the welding quality.

7. **Inspection**: After welding, the steel pipe is inspected by ultrasonic technology to check whether the material of the weld and both sides meets the standard. This is an important step to ensure product quality.

8. **Other processes**: According to needs, other processes may be included, such as chamfering (reprocessing the pipe end side of the qualified steel pipe to meet the size requirements of the pipe section groove), etc.

In addition, the straight seam welded pipe equipment also needs to perform CNC finishing on the horizontal frame during the manufacturing process. CNC finishing refers to the use of computer numerical control technology to perform high-precision and high-efficiency processing on the horizontal frame. This step is essential to ensure the stability and precision of the straight seam welded pipe equipment. During the CNC finishing process, the various components of the frame need to be precisely controlled in size and shaped to ensure that they can accurately match other components and achieve stable operation of the equipment. At the same time, CNC finishing can also improve the surface quality of the frame, reduce roughness and burrs, and further improve the overall performance and service life of the straight seam welded pipe equipment.

Throughout the entire processing and manufacturing process, whether it is the selection of raw materials, pretreatment, forming, welding or finishing, it is necessary to strictly control the process parameters and operating specifications to ensure that the quality and performance of the straight seam welded pipe equipment meet the requirements.
